WEIRD GROWTH - URGENT PLS HELP

There is a black growth on Joey's foot and I want to know whether it is an illness. Please look at the picture and send me feedback.

This blog is made for the wonderful three star tortoises in my house.

Two of them are a little younger than two years old (I have been told) and the third is older, but I don't know his age.
Their names are Pixie and Joey.
The older one has been gifted to us.
